2. Company Status & Licensing

Aymarif LLC is registered with the Republic of Lithuania's Centre of Registers and holds a valid company registration number, authorising it to conduct commercial activity within the European Union and Schengen Area.

Aymarif LLC is not a licensed bank, financial institution, immigration authority, customs broker, or law firm. Where such licensed services are required (e.g., customs brokerage, financial transfers, notarised legal translation), Aymarif LLC works with appropriately licensed third-party partners and does not itself provide regulated financial, legal, or immigration services.

Nothing on the Aymarif LLC website, in our marketing materials, or in direct communication with our team constitutes formal legal, financial, immigration, or tax advice. Clients requiring such advice should consult a licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

3. Export & Import Disclaimer

Aymarif LLC facilitates trade and logistics coordination between suppliers, buyers, and shipping partners. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party product descriptions, certifications, or compliance documentation provided by external suppliers or manufacturers.

All import and export activities are subject to the customs regulations, tariffs, sanctions lists, and trade restrictions of the relevant originating and destination countries. Clients are responsible for ensuring that goods purchased or shipped through Aymarif LLC comply with the import/export laws of their own jurisdiction.

Aymarif LLC does not accept liability for delays, seizures, penalties, or additional costs arising from customs authority decisions, incomplete third-party documentation, or changes in trade regulations beyond our control.

Where Aymarif LLC engages licensed customs brokers, freight forwarders, or shipping carriers on a client's behalf, those third parties operate under their own regulatory licenses and terms of service, for which Aymarif LLC acts only as a facilitator, not a guarantor.

4. Retail & Wholesale Disclaimer

Products sold through Aymarif LLC's retail and wholesale channels, including third-party marketplaces such as Amazon EU, are subject to the product safety, labelling, and consumer protection regulations of the European Union, including but not limited to the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988.

Aymarif LLC makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate; however, errors may occur, and Aymarif LLC reserves the right to correct such errors, cancel affected orders, or issue refunds where necessary.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item due to manufacturing variations, packaging updates, or supplier changes.

Aymarif LLC is not liable for misuse of products by the end consumer, or for damages arising from a failure to follow manufacturer instructions or safety guidelines.

5. Logistics & Auto Services Disclaimer

Aymarif LLC's delivery and logistics services are subject to standard operational risks including traffic conditions, weather events, and third-party access restrictions, which may affect delivery timelines. Estimated delivery windows are indicative and not guaranteed.

Vehicle washing, detailing, and maintenance services are performed by trained staff using industry-standard equipment and products. While Aymarif LLC takes reasonable care in the performance of these services, we do not accept liability for pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical faults unrelated to the service performed, or damage arising from manufacturer defects.

Clients are advised to disclose any known pre-existing damage or mechanical issues prior to service. Aymarif LLC recommends clients document the condition of their vehicle before drop-off.

Any auto parts, fluids, or materials used during servicing meet applicable EU automotive safety and environmental standards; however, Aymarif LLC does not warrant compatibility with vehicles that have been previously modified outside of manufacturer specifications.

6. Education Consultancy Disclaimer

Aymarif LLC provides guidance, application support, and documentation assistance for students seeking to study at universities within the European Union and Schengen Area. Aymarif LLC is not a government body, embassy, consulate, or university admissions office, and does not have the authority to guarantee visa approval, university acceptance, or scholarship awards.

All visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or national immigration authority. All admissions decisions rest solely with the respective university or educational institution. Aymarif LLC's role is limited to providing accurate guidance and properly prepared documentation based on the information provided by the client.

Aymarif LLC does not accept liability for visa refusals, admission rejections, changes in immigration policy, or processing delays caused by government authorities, embassies, or educational institutions, provided that Aymarif LLC has fulfilled its contractual obligations accurately and in good faith.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation. Aymarif LLC is not liable for consequences arising from false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

Educational and career outcomes following successful admission and relocation (e.g., employment prospects, academic performance, cost of living) are not guaranteed by Aymarif LLC and depend on factors outside our control.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Aymarif LLC commits to performing all services with professionalism, diligence, and in accordance with applicable regulations. However, due to the involvement of third parties — including suppliers, shipping carriers, government authorities, embassies, and educational institutions — Aymarif LLC cannot and does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to delivery times, product availability, visa approval, university admission, or business results derived from our trade and logistics services.

8. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

Aymarif LLC processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. Personal information collected through our website, consultations, or service agreements is used solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service and is not sold or shared with unauthorised third parties. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Lithuanian and European Union law, Aymarif LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. Aymarif LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from the use of our services.

This limitation does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU consumer protection law.

Our website and communications may reference or link to third-party service providers, including shipping carriers, payment processors, e-commerce platforms, universities, and government portals.
